Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cups boiled rice


  • 1 tbsp maida


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 1 cups for sugar syrup: sugar


  • 1 1/2 cups water


  • 1 tsp chopped pista


  • 1/4 tsp saffron

Directions

  • In a mixture bowl add cooked rice and 2 tablespoon water,make smooth paste.
  • In a mixing bowl add rice paste,and maida,mix well and apply ghee in Palm and make smooth daugh,rest it for 10 min.
  • After 10 min.make small oval shape balls and put in greased plate.
  • Now for sugar syrup in a pan add sugar,water and let sugar melt ,when it boils add all rice balls in it,cover and cook for 15 min.
  • Then cool it and garnish with saffron,pista,and rose petals.
