In a mixture bowl add cooked rice and 2 tablespoon water,make smooth paste.
In a mixing bowl add rice paste,and maida,mix well and apply ghee in Palm and make smooth daugh,rest it for 10 min.
After 10 min.make small oval shape balls and put in greased plate.
Now for sugar syrup in a pan add sugar,water and let sugar melt ,when it boils add all rice balls in it,cover and cook for 15 min.
Then cool it and garnish with saffron,pista,and rose petals.
